I don't know alot about Wayne Geyer beyond his cheeseburger quest map. In that respect we share a similarity. When I was little I used every Griswold-esque driving vacation my family went on as an excuse to have burgers in as many different states as I could. My goal was to sample a burger in all 50 states...eventually.
Being short-sighted as an 8 year old, I never gave much thought to documentation and really only wrote down the name of the state after said burger was consumed. If only Google Maps had existed back then (and the internet for that matter), maybe I would have been better about recording the details. It is never too late though...right? So, below you will find a Google Map that pinpoints some of the burger joints I have been to. Further south on the page you will see a list of the states. I will indicate which states I have already checked off my list, and I will call out specific restaurants where I can recall the information.
